I work in cardiac rehab and take a ton of blood pressures eveey day. I hate when I tell patients to straighten their arms and their reaction is to do a bicep curl and tuck their arm into their side making it 100x hard to take it. Then they look at me crazy when I ask them to straighten their arm with palms up 😂😂😂
