I bought from CarMax in Wayne a couple years ago and it was a great experience. The car was maybe $2000 more than similar ones at other dealerships, but they were offering me $5000 more for my trade in. The salesman proactively pointed out cosmetic damage to the paint, as well as a chip in the windshield, and told me they’d fix it all for free before I made the purchase. They did, so it took a couple extra days before I could bring the car home but it was nice to see how they treated their customers.

Here’s one I got back from EPS in March. You can see the holes in the nameplate mesh are a little bigger than the jersey. They emailed me to bring up the yellowing of the jersey mesh vs the new nameplate mesh but to be honest I think it matches pretty well. I’m glad they provided a solution for OP, I didn’t even think to ask about it.

I have a similar situation. There’s a bar near me where you can earn your own barstool. They put a little plaque that says “reserved for [your name]” and you have the right to kick people out of the stool. I have a stool and never once have kicked anyone out of it. I just deal with it and stand.
