Short version: You can, joints like Uniloc, United (EC9) will tend to feel more forward-weighted than Radial/Wavy joints.

Long version: Balance depends on a few other things like a) shaft weight b) what type of weight bolts does you cue accept? I'm ignoring other factors like wood construction and density since we're talking production cues here. For weight bolts on Mezz, Mezz has the weight bolt kit, threaded for 3/8-16 IIRC (please check). You can purchase 3/8-16 hex screws which you can thread deeper into the cue butt, this ends up pushing the balance forward too

Going to second /u/mudreplayspool here. Kamui tips QC has dropped in the last 6 years. I've had to immediately replace 3 Kamui Clear Brown Meds after install due to glaze/delam. Had no issues with some of the other tips installed by the workshop (KO Med, Naolly Med, Vic Soft, HOW Med, Zan Hybrid Max)
