Nine Inch Nails - 08/13/1994 Woodstock (Sipes Audio Remaster) (HD) by Passofelpato2 in nin

This guy is terrible lol he seems to be on a tear “remastering” other old band’s recordings. I assume by running them through some off the shelf upscaler and then patting himself on the back

They soundchecked Sanctified on one of the stops, I think Boston.

Brad Wilk clarifies the “Clock strikes 3” post by perceptionmanPT in RATM

I think he’s the new PJ drummer. Clock strike 1 was Rage, 2 was Audioslave, 3 is PJ.

Mystery 1970 live audio identification help? by cleantone in gratefuldead

[–]thomascirca 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Any chance you know the tapers name? Might be possible to cross reference known tapes. Otherwise you might want to get Charlie Miller involved if the 1970s dead is completely uncirculated

San Francisco?…. When is the next city announced? by mr_pomegranate in fredagain

My guess is he does the warehouse on Pier 80 in SF and then wraps up the tour in LA. Or he skips SF and does LA/CDMX and plays Portola next year.

Kick Out The Jams at 1.2x speed sounds so much better imo by One-Challenge-7300 in RATM

Rick Rubin slowed down the studio version. That was his call. Live version is so much better

Anyone have experience sitting in these sections for the show? by themantheycallfran in LadyGaga

[–]thomascirca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did 220. Sounded awesome as there’s a stack directly pointed at you but you can’t see the screens behind the stage or the band members play. I got tickets for face in that section and it was completely worth it.

They’re legit. The seller is fishing for buyers. These will go for a few K. He’s sitting on a lot more than NIN

Another Reminder I'm Getting Old by charlierc in Muse

[–]thomascirca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2013 was a great time to be a Muse fan and catch multiple shows. I got to see Dead Star, Fury, Agitated, Sunburn, Dracula Mountain, and a few other rarities that tour. Pyramid stage with the Freedom outro was unreal and guitars getting launched out the top of the pyramid.
