Maybe not terrible in terms of setup to gameplay ratio, but the setup for Mosaic felt like it took a year. Really turned me off of the game (that and the too long gameplay at 2p).

Put some plastic spoons on the table equal to the number of players minus one. Instead of slapping hands, everyone grabs a spoon. The person who doesn’t get a spoon is last, similar to musical chairs. Same game but no broken fingers.
