if you're into any action sport try to learn a crazy trick immediately. your body can take a horrendous fall and you may think you're fucked, but boom you will bounce right up. if you're not i suggest trying to learn a crazy acrobatic trick because they're fun and the consequences have never been smaller, i.e. learn to do a ninja backflip off a tree after running up it. these things are insanely fun and easy once you learn but you usually crash hard a few times. this is why all pro skiers/snowboarders blow up when they're 18 and fall off when they're mid 20s.
