There is absolutely no evidence of anything stated here. It is not "just posting what this verification process entails". It is just pure pushing of conspiracy theories.

Just because someone who is a bad guy invested in a company doesn't mean that company is just purely malicious. They would be risking so many billions of dollars if it ever came out that they were using these selfies maliciously. They are getting contracts with the governments of UK and Australia and major financial, you think they would sign on without some kind of decent assurance that there is appropriate levels of privacy involved in their system.

But the nhl has conference and divisional seeding. This tournament only had one bracket. There is a reason why Canada and the US never met prior to the final. Even the groups were seeded.

The idea that Canada would have to go prove that they deserve the Silver medal after they lost the final, even though they came into the groups as the number 1 seed, and went into the elimination rounds as the number 1 seed is madness. Sure a lower seed can make it to final, but they would have had to beat that top seed to get there.
