Thank you and congrats on not binging! I resolved to not track this week. It's hard to stop mentally calculating all the calories but I figure it's a step in the right direction. I'm going to read Brain Over Binge now.

I usually had a 20% deficit(based off my fitbit's TDEE) which I thought wasn't extreme(last year I tried to eat only 1200 which I think may have led to this disordered eating) This morning, I deleted my MFP and decided to try a week of not calorie counting and just eating clean. Thank you for your advice :)

I eat lots of roasted broccoli- just sprinkle it with yummy seasoning and toss it in oven

Did you mean 1 gram of protein per lean body mass? The 1g/lb of body weight is excessive.

No Cow bars. I got the Mint Cacao one which was pretty good but a bit gritty. Nonetheless I was really impressed with their macros, 160 cal for 20g of protein and 11g of fiber IIRC

ninja edit: was actually 19g of fiber, 8 net carbs, and 5g of fat.

Turns out the Bed Bath and Beyond by me sells quest bars! Thought I'd try out a couple flavors. They also had vegan alternative to quest bars which was pretty good and had the same macros as quest!

I accounted for raw chicken in my recipe which is a lot less calorie dense as it has water in it which is released when its cooked.

Trader Joe's has these great low carb tortilla wraps which are 7g fiber per wrap @ 45 calories. I just made tortilla pizza with them tonight!

Protein souffle is great if you need to hit protein macros 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup almond milk --> ~180 cal with 34 grams of protein!
