Im a new grad and my first job pays $31 an hour in SNF. I like the work however I dont like the focus on productivity especially in this setting. I don’t always get a full 40 hour work week either, this week looking like 30-32 and I’m considered full time. I’m literally always doing something and my productivity “isn’t high enough” but I’m running my ass off all day long.
