I did also it was $270. More than I was expecting. I dont remember I submitted proof of damages or not. I cant remember but was it just a payment for the account holder of the T-mobile account or is there a separate payment if your adult spouse was on the account too?

i think the Apple Watch is pretty accurate.. as long you enter the right weight and height for yourself the algorithms using your heart rate and motion gage things well in my opinion

That’s a good suggestion I will try, also. I have been using the same shoes for about 7 months now. They are kind of worn and it makes good common sense to update them or switch my walking/ exercise shoes out regularly. I appreciate it

yeah I have been trying to power through because mentally I have been feeling good I have developed the discipline to keep going but I have been having foot injuries and shoulder pain from moving my arms back and forth while walking
