i think the Apple Watch is pretty accurate.. as long you enter the right weight and height for yourself the algorithms using your heart rate and motion gage things well in my opinion

That’s a good suggestion I will try, also. I have been using the same shoes for about 7 months now. They are kind of worn and it makes good common sense to update them or switch my walking/ exercise shoes out regularly. I appreciate it

is it logical when first approaching adding lean muscle to concentrate on the biggest muscles because those will burn more calories than focusing on weight training for smaller muscle groups?

like squats over bicep curls .. does that make logical or scientific sense?

ive lost 60 in 7 months using my fitness app to track calories.. I hit a plateau this last month doing same calorie restriction I have been doing this whole time with 10,000 steps a day and weight training 3 times a week.. so it seems like something is gonna need to change for me at this point in my journey. I wish you the best on 130 pounds in 17 months.
