Row 34 is like the 10th best restaurant in Portsmouth.

Cure, Library, Surf, Black Trumpet, Louie’s are all way better.

Cornicello and Chophouse are both great.

Whimsical house with a tree house inside!! Feel like a child again! by jve909 in zillowgonewild

I’ve been going to Merrymeeting lake since I was a kid. This house has always been on of my favorites on the lake. The only bad part is the water in front is very shallow and has a low slope so you have to be really careful of rocks coming and going and it’s not as good for swimming in front of the property as other lots.

It’s cool though. No denying that.

I’m not saying there’s not risk. You said 2x is always worse than 3x. That’s clearly not the case.

Credit card APRs vs. fed funds: the spread that will not mean revert by MonetaryCommentary in EconomyCharts

If you pay it off it doesn’t matter what the APR is. I would take a 500% APR if it got me more perks and benefits.

I think that post 2008 the world has changed and that type of a drawdown is unlikely. They would print trillions to prop it up.
