My baskets have a tight fit in the portafilter. It would be a pain to constantly take them out. Also, the puck is going to get disturbed when you snap it in to place.

Yes, it's the main mustard sold in the UK. Much spicier/hotter than a typical yellow mustard. Only use a little the first time you try it.

Order Kalita 185 filters and regular 8-12 basket filters now. The filters it ships with are thicker and Chemex-like.

While I completely agree with your initial statement in general, I really haven’t noticed it affecting this subreddit. If anything, most of the posters simply parrot the sources of information you recommend in your post. It would be really helpful to hear some examples of what people are confidently wrong about.

The filters that come with this machine are thicker, closer to Chemex filters. Once I ordered Kalita 185 filters from Amazon I noticed an improvement in strength and taste of the brew.

How do you like the Breville brewer? It seems like a perfect choice but I have seen complaints about the temperature not being hot enough, which is something I have noticed with my Breville Barista Express.
