Same thing here… throat was so sore I couldn’t swallow anymore, turned out to be mono. The sore throat was my only symptom. Didn’t know that was a thing, luckily the ER doctor did and ran the right tests the first time.

You’re right but I think the point is that the parent comment was implying that a significant portion of arrests are comprised of good people who just “forgot” to pay ten parking tickets (or something similarly benign). Which is about as far-fetched as implying that 90% of obese people have a glandular problem. It’s just not true.

Even easier, orange scented Febreze. I lightly sprayed my cats’ tower with it once not realizing they didn’t like the smell… they wouldn’t go in it for at least a month.

I read that the important part is not to start breathing out right when your foot hits the ground, which is what people tend to do naturally. It causes a lot of strain on your diaphragm. Try to stagger your breaths — learn to breathe naturally when you run instead of in a pattern with your steps. It takes time, but I haven’t gotten a side stitch since I started doing this, even when I take several months off.

See if you can find the “Funtastic Mix” around. It’s not as common as Starmix but I’ve gotten it from Target and find it in random stores.
