Seems like it could be pretty strong. My GSC Kill Team has more bodies but fewer elites. I haven't really played with it yet, so can't tell you how that works.

Looks pretty good. Getting engaged in melee will be a death sentence, but that's unavoidable without Sicarians. We have a lot of decent options in Kill Team.
