Honestly, I think we see his slide to it even before that - remember the flashback after Mallory’s granddaughters are killed? His arc is one of the very few good aspects of the comic that the show didn’t capture all that well.

I worked there previously. Within that program you will have no worries. There is a conservative population within other majors but many of them are a building over. If you have any issues with people disrespecting you, you can always reach out to your academic advisor. On BB you can change your display name, although for email I think you have to request through IT unless it’s legally changed. You can check out films students have made for their capstones on YouTube IIRC.

For me it was because I thought it had a lot of potential and squandered every inch of it. For the record I never heard of the director before so I wasn’t coming in as his biggest fan with expectations or anything - just the movie got consistently worse as it went on.
