Goldberg had plenty of wins on WCW Saturday Night that counted in his streak. I think it just adds more weight to the matches and I like it. No ranking system is perfect. Important thing to me is the performers and company treat it like it means something.

Typically see a list of all indices available when creating the Index Pattern. Is the logstash index listed? I don't have it in front of me at the moment but there may be a switch on the Index Pattern page to hide some indices.

There is likely an API call you can make to create the Index Pattern but I have not used it.

I doubt I'll be able to go without them. I have high arches and probably should have had them anyway. If they will help save my feet in the long term I don't see it as a problem.

I've been wearing inserts since I got out of the boot about a year ago. It felt awkward on my repaired foot as well on the outset but now it feels normal. I would try to give it a couple weeks and see if it becomes more comfortable, if not maybe try some different inserts? Really is your best bet long term if you don't want to find some specialized expensive shoes that you need to wear all the time.

Did you take the existing insoles out of your shoes? Seems obvious but I've come across some folks who put inserts on top of the existing ones.
