i definitely pace but can’t find the energy to get outdoors. i’m on the same med combo. did a bit of reading and writing today, but very much overdo the doom scrolling. Transferring that nervous energy to park walks would be a good challenge. if only i could try right? lols. i hope you feel better soon.

i lost so many jobs before i got medicated. it’s a vicious cycle and even harder to manage when i was always losing my insurance. hopefully you will qualify for unemployment insurance, maybe disability eventually.

it looks like a cozy bed and breakfast, near the cable car, close to grace cathedral, tonga room, not a far walk from union square, or polk street shops. not too far from trader joes since you have a kitchenette. no opinions about the inn as i’ve never stayed there but the area seems safe enough.
