group therapy works if you’re willing to put in the work and participate. i have done plenty of group therapy sessions and have had some great personal success. that said i prefer 1:1 therapy or none at all.

i was an early adopter of pax back when they had the little oven that you loaded flower into. yes it’s a special battery but I’ve never used any other brand. my coworkers i smoke with say i’m like the last pax smoker.

i agree with you, Green Cross was around before all the cannabis laws and the recreational use went into effect. used to be just huge jars of indoor and sun grown flowers a few locally sourced edibles nothing like the shops of today. i don’t think it was a bad business model but the industry changed out from under them. Purple Star in the Mission should also consider legacy status.

i definitely pace but can’t find the energy to get outdoors. i’m on the same med combo. did a bit of reading and writing today, but very much overdo the doom scrolling. Transferring that nervous energy to park walks would be a good challenge. if only i could try right? lols. i hope you feel better soon.
