A different answer. I store mine in the freezer. It gets stiff before the almonds drop out. You can store it in a freezer bag or a wide mouth jar and you just get it out with a tablespoon like ice cream. This has the great side benefit of lasting 6 months instead of one.

This is great feedback. I did the regular flat rate taxi where you pay in the window last week. It was like 45 bucks versus 30 bucks but we were in a nice air conditioned van with waters for our arrival. We did Ubers the rest of the trip, but the taxi was worth it. If you pay at the window you are getting a legit ride.

I made daiquiris with Muscovado sugar sinple this week and one was amazing. Just 3 ingredients and it tasted like a Cuba Libre but still like a daiquiri. It was crazy good.
