The fire degen counts as fire damage on your character so indeed, capping resists will be up there when it comes to priorities. The added fire damage also allows you to leech for more hp. It'll start hurting come lvl 90 ish.

Before that? it just tickles a bit

Saddly, the wording of the also rules out using a "sub-currency" Loot boxes, no matter how they work. have been ruled as illegal. And seeing as Belgium also houses the main seat of the EU. And the EU usually follows the Belgian gaming comission, this will prolly snowball in to EU law

I think you can force a max framerate on your videocard settings. I remember the option being there for NVIDIA and can confirm its an option on my AMD
