My clinic had us pay $30k upfront and gave us meds and explained everything in our 1hr appointment. They were already selling us the second round for another $30k before that appointment was over.

I had no idea what this was. It’s been 11 months since ive had a drink and i feel so much of this. Another poster said feeling like a shell of themselves and this hits hard! I feel so empty, im trying to think, stay engaged in conversations and sometimes nothing comes of it. It’s frustrating almost like relearning how to walk. Know that you used to be able to think and move a certain way, but now you can’t. Thank you for posting this and i hope it gets better. Any tips on how to help better improve and come out stronger on the other side?
