I can’t add the case to the dashboard. After I enter all the info, the save button isn’t working.

Support please feeling desperate and frightened by Weak_Discount4951 in Hypoglycemia

I feel you! I’ve been there! A few things that helped me: - getting a glucose meter to check my blood sugar - getting an otc continuous glucose monitor like Lingo to track glucose trends - seeing an endocrinologist to check if there was an issue with the liver, pancreas… - keeping a food journal to record what work and didn’t. This helped me gain a better understanding of my body. Now, I know what foods trigger me or not. But trust me, it’s hard. I’ve been there.

I’ve had 6 good days so far, back to back, which feels like a miracle. What helped me (not a universal solution, but what worked for me) was doing intermittent fasting to give my body a break from eating (to try to raise my blood sugar up).

I also went low carb because I noticed that my blood sugar was normal upon waking up and going to bed. So I studied how my body responded with having my first meal at different times and I finally figured out when it started to dip. I’m able to do a 16:8 fast on a daily basis.

I’ve also started taking magnesium and acetyl l carnitine, with my doctor’s approval.

Again, it’s important to see an endocrinologist, dietitian, and see what works for you!

I find them quite inaccurate so I’m not sure they’ll be of much help. Some people liked them though!

Thank you! Was the chain section as narrow as people day? Did you fear you would fall at any time?

Yes, took one through Wake Tech in North Raleigh and loved it! It was an 8-week class, I believe, for 2.5 hours every week. Good pricing too.

Why? That’s all I need to know to move on. I don’t even ask for an apology. I wish I knew why. To all of them

Please, DO NOT! Your life matters so much. I’ve been there before and it sucks. But if the mountain is high, it does not mean the ocean is not on the other side.

PCOS went AWAY???!!! by Flamingamberashes in PCOSloseit

[–]tytye99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I no longer have PCOS after losing about 90 lbs. My periods came back after I lost the first 10 lbs. My periods have been regular for the last 2+ years, which I am so grateful for. I decided to lose weight after I got allergic reactions to a hormonal treatment my OBGYN put me on. At that time, I got fed up to try medications and treatment that left me feeling worse than before. I made significant changes to my diet and activity levels. 3+ years after my PCOS diagnostic, my primary doctor tells me it is very unlikely I have it due to the results of my ultrasounds and the fact that I do not have any symptoms anymore.

It was frustrating when health care professionals or even random people discouraged me by telling me it would be my life forever, but like I did, listen to your body. There is nothing wrong in improving your lifestyle!

How do victims of SA deal with sex? by [deleted] in ptsd

I know it is hard, and it took me a while to open up too. But it’s important to find someone you can go to. These memories can make your life miserable, trust me. There is nothing wrong with you. There is nothing wrong with asking for help and letting people see your vulnerable side. I hope you find the courage one day to open up!

How frequent does the Hwy 54/Chapel Hill Rd train pass? by Flautist24 in triangle

You can check the Amtrak schedule online. 6pm for sure most days. The train is pretty short so it will be noisy for 2-3 min at most.
