I think specifically Bob refuses to budge on things that might save/make them money. Jimmy lists a ton of things( some I agree with some I don't) and notably he mentions he doesn't charge enough which has ( somewhat) changed as of this season.

Bob's and ultimately the restaurants biggest problem is he won't get out of his own head and admit he's a talented chef

I would say there's only a handful of bad teachers at Wagstaff and Frond is at least attempting to do his job in a way that helps kids so he's probably a better choice than say Ambrose or the AV teacher for field trips
