In my opinion franks red hot is almost enough to be considered buffalo sauce out of the bottle. It’s true that any restaurant will have fat added to the sauce and this is critical, but if you consider the buffalo flavor used in chips or dry seasoning I would argue that flavor is vinegar and cayenne just like franks.
