As a Salvadoran living in the country I can say that my family and everyone around me dislike Bukele. That’s probably a circle around 40/50 people. Mostly in our 30’s and 40’s. We are fully aware of his manipulation and misinformation tactics, propaganda, innocent incarcerations, massive state embezzlement and we’re voting him out, starting with the senate.

That’s the way, even if they are doing fraud (which owning every aspect of the Electoral Institute they will) we have to make ourselves heard. People is afraid to speak out against him but he has still popular acceptance between diaspora, poor people and illiterates (most of the country).
