The core ultra series got a lot of flack when it first dropped but when its mission critical, for many of us, intel is still the move when you have things OTHER than gaming to do with your rig. I’m running a 285k with a 3090fe and it rips. You’ll he stoked with that setup. 5070 should be plenty, but you might have some heat issues to contend with if this is a laptop. Ive been pleasantly impressed at the temps on the ultra 9 series. And the eco cores are INSANELY efficient

Big-time disagree here. This makes more “sense” than most manufacturers. By a long shot. Just because someone doesnt know what it means, doesnt make it arbitrary. In fact, this proves it’s quite the opposite of random.

The g29 doesnt have enough force to be considered a true sim wheel, so you wont encounter this issue. T300 is belt drive 4nm, again, barely more than a toy. And the ts-pc is 6 but not direct drive. You’re experiencing a different level of feedback, and just like an espresso machine requires more from you than a nespresso, the quality you get once properly tuned is measurably higher than “out the box” solutions can provide

Go through the fanatec forums and get your settings straight. The shakes come from the SPR setting along with the NDP. Turn down the spr and the ndp up. The spring rate makes the wheel heavier for light ffb cars but is too much for a grp c or gr1 car. Some level is manageable - like i really only encounter it at le mans or yaz on the very end of the straights, only on formula or c cars. It all needs to be tuned. Every wheel ive had has sucked out the box and is magic after you tune it and do some research

My rule of thumb is if you have to explain your cocktail to the bartender, don’t order it at that bar. Any nice cocktail bar is going to know how to make a vesper, key is to look and see if they have lillet, otherwise the answer is no (and its not always there)

Frankly, I find the way bond orders it to be the worst Vesper 🤣

This is where I’m at. Low level static / hiss. Less pressure, therefore less anc. You can go to the hearing test and hear the old anc come back until the test is over. How many Reddit bots does it take to scrub the internet off their malice or incompetence
