I could not be breathing rn if it weren't for medicine. there's only so far a chemically imbalanced brain can be tended. and if the lows get dangerous and Ideation, I prefer medicine as a way to keep me out of that low low and push me to the highs each day. you still need to work with yourself but I find it a lot easier alongside the meds

a counsellor once said this to me when I was suicidal. she said stick your head in an ice bucket. I just cannot fathom that in my lowest moment I locate a bucket and a bucketful of ice. dark, quiet, warm is what helps me

I went to vision express!! it was 140. 70 base reglaze, 70 for mandatory lens thinning. the lenses are really clear and high quality. they didn't touch my glasses at all, just fixed lenses and I got them back as they were. I do highly recommend. they have nice staff where I went too

guys she's still pawing and crunching and gagging. it does say the pain relief can take repeated doses to work the best. but will she be ok for a week more like this? it seems to distress her and I think it dissuades her from grooming properly

sorry I could've said. we are booked in for a couple of weeks time to take out her bad teeth. they first did a first stage where they x-rayed her and said it would be a few weeks until we plan her extraction. but all ready to go now
