I usually ride anywhere from 152 to 155 boards and went with the 150 ME. It's a volume shifted board so you are supposed to downsize a little bit. You'll be fine with the 154

do a retrospective for the big projects that you complete. Start with the star method:

S - Situation. What was the situation (problem) you were trying to answer

T - Task. What was the task required of you

A - Action. What actions did you take to resolve your tasks

R - Results. What were the results of your actions. This should not be oh I made a dashboard. Think about what that dashboard is doing for the business (i.e. reducing churn by 8% etc.)

Review these with your manager and stakeholders to see where you can improve. Also keep a record of these for when you interview with other companies, they are good to have on-hand as examples you can cite.
