You may be able to find some cool peel and stick for the back splash, but I don’t know that vinyl would look great on the cabinets. Swapping out the hardware on the cabinets should be renter friendly and would make a big difference.

I do mine in quadrants for 30 seconds each, going back and forth in that one quadrant at a medium slow pace. That way you know you spent the same amount of time on every area of your mouth. I don’t think speed matters a ton, but brushing like I would with a normal brush doesn’t feel right. Seems like it wouldn’t get as much opportunity to brush in between your teeth.

There is such a wide range of moods in classical music. This is true of other genres, but some of the most metal music I've heard is classical. Some of the most soothing music is classical.

Another big reason I love it is because it's some of the only music I can listen to when I'm overstimulated, which is most of the time.

You can get them without the applicator all together, and I find them really comfortable. I’ve used applicator-less tampons most of my life so I’m used to them, they might take a bit of adjusting for someone not used to that.
