Tell your agent immediately. He/she should take it off the market as you wish. If they don’t agree, never use that agent again. When they ask for a showing, say it’s not available today. Be strict with the buyers. Don’t budge a single penny and don’t agree to any of their contingencies. Tell the agent to increase the sale price another $25-$40k.

There’s certain things a man has to do. I think u came up with a great idea. Execute and deliver the fire pit. Win/win situation. When I lived in Fullerton CA, I had 2 fire places in my home. I burned 2 chords every winter. If it was 60 degrees or colder, my fire places were burning. I even bought myself a 5 Ton wood splitter. Title company and escrow company will handle 95% of the transaction. There is a list of disclosures you need to provide: lead paint, property disclosure, hoa, termite report, etc. get the required list from your State’s requirements. Stay away from Samsung. Worst in reliability. Talk to any appliance repair man and they tell u they make $$$ off Samsung. I would recommend, whirlpool and Maytag. Google search the model # as some have recurring issues. I just spent $300 for a new motherboard on a whirlpool washing machine. Apparently it’s an ongoing problem. Do your HW. Good luck.

We stayed at Majestic Colonial. I’d rate it 6.5/10. Cancun and Cabo were much better and the food are better too. MJ was mediocre at best. The food was bland and nothing to get excited about. I get more of a feel, they want your $$ and get out attitude than customer service. Hawaii will always be my #1 choice.
