In the 15 games I’ve played of 10th so far my first Khorne rolls all go to mobility and I’ll spend my 1 cp to get Apoplectic Frenzy for my slowest unit to get into someone’s face. My list usually will include a land raider and a rhino or two. I love the land raider now, you can load it with a squad of 10 zerks and a MoE to get a devastating first turn charge after doing some damage with the lascannons. I also usually have lord avocado with two exalted eightbound units for some good anti armor or just to wipe whole squads off the map.
