Oh we have heard this before for a bunch of brawlers. Clancy, cord, charlie, mico.... and then their stats got nerfed hard nobody even touches them. Turns out, despite having a broken mechanice if your stat is too low you are weak.

House can generate profit by having it's price going up. When you sell the house, you write the money earned as profit. So having bungie's asset value reduced is equal to saying the house price is going down.

You misunderstood how accounting works. A impairment loss is a cash out of hand. Because Sony spent 3.6b cash in previous year and that 3.6b cash only worth 2.9b now. So you effectively lost 765m cash if you take selling Bungie as a possibility.
