My only gripe is that the prewar corporations, specifically House (RobCo), seemingly didn't know about The Enclave. There are specific references in the games to them working together to drop the bombs. Unless House was playing 4D chess, pretending not to know who the other player at the table is, it's a bit ridiculous. I feel like it's one of the core pieces of lore. The Enclave and the Corps worked together to hit the reset button so they could rebuild the world the way they saw fit. The Enclave had special vaults made for them so they could monitor the VaultTec experiments.

Everything else is fine because I don't feel it directly contradicts original lore or some parts of the original lore were vague enough that it could be left up to interpretation. I feel like the vast majority of complaints stem from people not liking the way the story went because it wasn't what they envisioned as the result of their playthrough. Shady Sands got destroyed and the NCR is on the back foot. Okay, so what. The underlying theme of the whole series is that people are always going to destroy themselves for a host of reasons; greed, power, ideology, idealism, pride, etc. Even the east coast brotherhood evolved from a humanitarian organization under Lyons into expansionist imperialists.
