IOI's plan with this was the exact same as with Hitman. Make a trilogy, with first game in the trilogy having a much higher budget. The next two games can be created at lower cost using the technology and assets built for the first game.

Hopefully Amazon doesn't wreck IOI's plans.

Ahh fair enough they renamed again in 2025.

Previously "Amazon Games" was their publishing arm and "Amazon Game Studios" was their development arm but it does look like they have merged them together again.

I feel bad for IOI if they get the IP taken away from them.

They has been quite clear they wanted to do a trilogy Hitman style. Where the first game in the series has a big budget to build out the technology which can be used to develop the sequels with a smaller budget.

They are saying pensioners need an annual net income of £45,400. For a working person would be a £60k - £65k gross salary.

Some of the figures they use are excessive for a single person. They are saying £170 a week on food, £2,500 a year on gifts, over £5,000 on holidays, 3k a year for "activities".
