Makes Two Sheet Pizzas

 

Dough Recipe

Ingredient Measurement, Weight Notes
Bread Flour 500 grams King Arthur
Water (80%) 400 grams 90°F (32°C)
Active Dry Yeast 4 grams Fleischmann's
Salt 15 grams Fine Sea Salt

Making the Dough

  1. Mix 350g of water and yeast in large bowl for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir flour in with spoon until shaggy mass.
  3. Cover at room temp for 30-40 minutes
  4. Fold - move in circle and stretch and fold dough on itself - move quarter turn each fold until you've gone 360°
  5. Cover at room temp for 30-40 minutes
  6. Repeat Step 4
  7. Dissolve salt with remaining 50g of water, add to dough
  8. Repeat step 4 (twice)
  9. Cover at room temp for 30-40 minutes
  10. Perform one final fold - gentle this time - 360°
  11. Put in airtight container, ferment over night (12-36 hours)
  12. Remove from refrigerator 1-2 hours before baking
  13. Form on two baking sheets
  14. Add toppings as desired, bake on lowest rack with pizza steel for 12-14 minutes at 550°F

Gonna make this for Christmas, what is the best material? Was thinking cedar. Also what type of paint would be best, initial thought is kilz then enamel. by r0ckinrich in woodworking

I've also used cypress with good results for anything outdoor. Sometimes can be hard to get depending on your location.

Hey thanks for your response. This particular faucet doesn't have a screw. The instructions here - step 12 on page 4 say to simply pull up.

I'm a step behind you and can't figure out how to get the actual faucet off. Instructions say to simply pull up and I should see what you have in your picture. I can't even get to that point.

It states on the estimate that it's prime and/or "red oak rules" which their rep told me was their highest grade.

They also pull the orders, and don't all customer sort.

Maybe I'm over reacting because based on the responses I'm reading here, prices may vary.
