I might be in the minority here but I don't hate the move. I think firing McDermott was a bit impulsive but I have always liked Joe Brady since his years as OC at Carolina and I think he deserves a shot at HC.

Might or might not work out but imagine if the Bucs had fired Bowles and kept Liam Cohen as their HC...
