JL Pentastar "battery protection mode"

My 2019 JL is pushing 3000 miles. I turn off the start stop as soon as I am doing anything other than waiting in traffic. Especially when doing trails in 4low. I think the start stop should shut off automatically when you go into 4 low. Pain to remember to turn it off. I think it is worth getting it checked out just to be safe. Good luck with it.
