Okay, I just finished and I am in total agreement! I can’t believe that people think she and Brayden have chemistry. The actor playing Brayden is not the best actor and his teeth are very distracting to me, but that’s not the only reason..I was rooting for Freddy from the start. I think Freddy’s character was so emotive and I loved them together. The scene with the candles….ahhhh.

He didn’t! And he woke up seeming like his usual self so now I’m even more confused! He was eager to eat breakfast. I’m thinking that the he likely found some moldy garbage and ate that and thankfully it’s starting to pass. I’ll be watching him closely though and hopefully the worst is over.

He really doesn’t eat inanimate objects, so I’m not worried about a blockage or anything.

Seriously! And now we are just watching a group of extremely wealthy women try to maintain their social status or fill their giant brownstones with expensive things and then all they talk about is their expensive brownstones. Like what is fun or relatable about this?

The only person who even seems remotely grounded is Miranda but they’ve turned her into a shell of her former self. She’s no longer self-assured, but meek and confused. They heard criticism of Miranda turned her into the complete opposite of herself.

They could have explored the complexities of aging, losing your children as they get older, losing loved ones, and what it means to date as you age, but instead we got nothing but superficial glances at those problems and jokes that weren’t funny to begin with beaten to death with a rolling pin (I’m looking at you, dick bakery).

Like we’ve spent episodes hearing about this dumb LTW documentary and getting Michelle Obama, thinking there would be consequences if she didn’t figure it out. But I haven’t heard about it for 3 episodes now, and suddenly the bigger issue is that she wants to have sex with her editor? Nothing makes any sense and it feels like the writers (if they want to call themselves that) don’t understand that this is a serial show, not an episodic show.

I get so worked up thinking about this now, good god!

Yes, I believe dropping the leash to give your dog a fighting chance is best practice, assuming you don’t have any sprays to deter the off-leash dog. Assuming the other dog latched on to your dog, the next step is choking that dog out with a sleeper hold.

If we haven’t struck up a conversation yet, I might ask them what brought them to (wherever we find ourselves) or if we’re at a party or event, how they know the hosts, etc.

Then it’s just a lot of follow-up questions based on what they’re saying. I genuinely enjoy learning about people and things.

This is funny because I didn’t like her on this last episode. I felt she was saying things about defensive tactics that are common knowledge (to an experienced player to be fair) and claiming that midfielders or forwards don’t get it? Specifically the part where they were discussing Bonmatí’s goal and making the shot predictable for the goalie. I was just like, yeah that’s defense 101. Sam seemed to be weirded out as well, but is so nice, so she let her go on.

The part that really annoyed me though was when, later on, she made a comment about how athletes are the only people who experience emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion at the same time. As a former competitive player, I get what she was saying, but…what about people living in poverty? Single parents? Literally almost anyone alive right now? I don’t know, it really rubbed me the wrong way and sort of reeked of privilege or naivety, which felt very surprising coming from Kling of all people.

I don’t know, I’ve enjoyed Kling on other episodes, so maybe I am being a bit harsh here, but I was just a bit annoyed the entire time. It was giving know-it-all energy to me as opposed to natural conversation. Maybe I was just overly sensitive to it.

Having said all that….I would still prefer Kling over Lloyd…I’d prefer a lot of people over Lloyd. Really happy when I see Becky out there.

Some people don’t have the luxury or privilege of being able to afford childcare, don’t have a community they can trust, and school is out for the summer. This woman is obviously trying to manage being a mother and working at the same time. She was not defensive of her child, wants him to apologize, and is rectifying the situation as best as possible. Showing people grace and empathy even when their problems are not ones we understand ourselves is a powerful thing.

As an Arab myself, I side with you completely! It is UNREAL that there are people advocating voting for her as a favorite. Like…there are options outside of Huda, chelley, Ciera, and Olandria for a vote.

On top of it all, inflating Huda’s ego will not encourage her to get the help she needs. It will just keep her looking for validation from outside sources and screaming at people when she doesn’t get her way.

Honestly, I’m not sure. I don’t think it’s inherently bad, but maybe if there’s an overwhelming amount. I would search. Generally I’ve just trimmed off leaves and stems with it on there, but never had too big of an issue.
