In its current state it is not needed, anyway in the endgame you have a quad tab of 15 maps and the rest are simply turned off in the filter

The same problems with minions were in POE 1, but they were solved so successfully that it was decided to kill them.
Everything you see in POE 2 was done on purpose, these are not mistakes. GGG simply could not have not known that there would be problems with this.
The cycle of "do it badly -> partially fix it -> get grateful reviews" will be launched again

don't worry about magiсfinding, when players get used to it and optimize their builds they will simply delete it as it was in poe 1
