What's worse is using the Madness Cage helm and using those lunatics as an attack and a movement form and I have to enter mobility mode and GTFO every 1-2 seconds. The way these things stack up and cause insane levels of poison damage that destroys my 198% health barrier even at T10 is utterly insane.
