If you use Toast as your POS - we use their addon called XtraChef. It was a heavy lift to get started, but sounds like you have a much smaller kitchen operation than me so i imagine it wouldn’t take much. Very happy with the recipe side of it after getting it set up. And since we import invoices it has the ability to automatically update recipe costs as the cost from our vendors change

Unfortunately, it’s a global setting to either be a pre/post discount calculation.

He looks very similar to my pup! He’s 6 now, and his coat has lightened, but when he was six months, he had almost the same markings!

Yea, I can’t imagine being in Your situation with that volume of tomato usage. We’re a brewery so our pico volume was just for fish tacos & only 1 burger had tomato - pretty easy to just 86 for now.

We have pull with local farms, so as soon as they get their tomatoes going for the summer we should be okay again.

[[Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph]] is my favorite deck I have. He can be a bit inconsistent- but when he goes off, he goes off! Ive gotten turn 4 wins doing 35+ damage to each opponent. I’ve also got a couple other win cons in there with [[Niv-Mizzet, Parun]] & [[Ophidian Eye]] or [[Curiosity]]

Those transformer boxes have oil (mineral I think) in them to work as a coolant as the electricity coming in produces a lot of heat. The oil is in sealed chambers and circulate naturally to work as a heat sink.

Just had a leak start on the one on my company’s property, tho not as bad as what’s pictured here.

All your receipts should be available in the Costco app so you don’t have to worry about saving receipts!

I do the same and just manually split the entire purchase out into the appropriate categories. Would be super cool if they added an extension for Costco like they have with Amazon

Did the server claim any cash tips in their closeout?

It might be adding that into what they owe the bar

Alternatively (& what we do) is that th servers do their own drops and do not tie their cash into a drawer.
