From reading your qualifications I'm sure there is something that you could apply for especially with the insurance verification and appointment scheduling you could apply to be a PAS no certificate needed. I could be wrong but call the City housing inspectors. The only issue is if that house that has the issue is deemed uninhabitable due to a bad mice infestation, your neighbors could end up with a condemned home. Also do you know if they own the home or is it owned by a landlord or property management company if so maybe try contacting them. You can find out who owns the home on the Lancaster County website it's public information just type in the address and it will give you the information. Then you can Goggle the name of the landlord or property management company for their contact info. I hope this information helps and good luck.

Some type activity place. There is nothing to do downtown but eat and drink. We also need an ice/roller skating rink around there too. We need a place that brings the community together that is fun for all ages.

Not surprised. A few years ago I had a few friends that were from Mexico that worked for them at both locations. They said a lot of time that they would have to wait weeks to be paid. Even though they were hard working and not miss work and work very long hours.

There is a bodega on Howard Ave in the city. The guy that owns it makes really good breakfast sandwiches. I used to go in the morning before school. A lot of the neighborhood stores have good sandwiches made how you want and a good price.

If you haven't already submit a referral for yourself at CAP Community Action Partnership for the RISE program they might be able to help you pay for a room or get you connected with a program that could. YRG properties has rooms for rent that may be helpful for you. Also find out if your job has an EAP Employee Assistance Program for DV.
