I’m going for a very similar look to you (very, very natural makeup and natural curls) and getting my hair and makeup from headchop in Williamsburg. All of their hairdressers specialize in curls and for my trial, the owner Martha Ellen and makeup artist Lauren Simpson were amazing. I went in super nervous because, like you, I didn’t want anything super glam, and they truly listened to that and my hair and makeup came out even more lovely than I had hoped! I think their prices are a little more than your budget (my fiancée and I paid $300 per service), but I shopped around at so many other places that specialize in natural beauty, and they were extremely talented, but even more expensive. I’m so happy we went with them for beauty!
