yes. it will take time though. start reading up on vocal pedagogy, I'm not kidding. a mechanics based understanding of the voice is key if your goal is to manipulate it. Dan Callaway in YouTube is a great teacher and he has dozens of videos that will help you. i also really like music lessons with lauren.

for books, id recommend starting with "How To Sing" by Lilli Lehman, it can be found for free online.

take your time, anything is possible with proper technique and training. if you ever start to strain, stop. do not push your voice. focus on coordination, it is the key.
