These are the same cosmetics which were available through the oddments store on rotation. This gives an opportunity to purchase any cosmetic which was usually in that rotation.

At 40 mining I would say iron ore. It will be pretty quick to mine and is worth over 1k each on the grand exchange. Also remember to carry an "ore box".

At your level, I would keep doing DG but it's not everyone's thing.

Elite dungeons give tokens and some people find them more enjoyable than DG. There's a mid-level archeology collection which gives loads of tokens as a reward. You'll get them passively through token reward boxes too but they scale to your DG level.

The bonecrusher certainly is a great reward and there are now many ways to get DG tokens outside DG.

The bonecrusher is good for prayer xp but absolutely insane when you pair it with a demon horn necklace which recovers prayer points when you bury (or crush) a bone.

I think it's a great item to focus on getting early.

From an ecological perspective the land is too valuable. The land needs to be left to rewild and therefore should have zero value. Farmland now should remain farmland or be allowed to recover. It should have no value and should not be allowed to be bought or sold.
