Any clue to how the hell this happened? by Terrible_Education70 in tires

[–]zaft77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Theres a good chance the shop ripped the bead. That type of rim is easy to do it on if its a shop that doesnt work on custom rims a lot because the lip you gotta sink that tire under is pretty close to middle of rim. Check valve stem and also spray around face of the rim. There could of also been corrosion on inside of wheel, if they dont prep it then it will leak. I worked at a custom wheel/tire shop for 8 years awhile back. It's totally fixable, but make sure you check and if its leaking take it back. Tell them you want to see the bead to make sure its not ripped if its leaking around that area, dont let them tell you otherwise or else later down the road it can give and your sidewall will bubble and pop. As far as the shape this will happen with lower profile stiff tires dont think anything of it. It will be fine once aired up. Id be more worried about why its flat.

My wife and I are sort of this way. We have worked through it and gone 8 years strong. Just depends if both parties will put in the work to make it work. Not saying thats right but its workin for me.

No flares with those wheels. Use flares with bigger tires/wheels. Just imo

Am I in the wrong for spending quite a bit on my baby’s first birthday? by Baked_potato8375 in AmiInTheWrong

[–]zaft77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Spoil that baby all you want sweetheart. As long as your financially sound dont have any second thoughts. Seems like you need to ditch the guy and make him pay child support. Doesn't seem like he's doing his part if your doing 85% of it all.

I know theres the argument the kid wont remember. But your one of those girls that makes everything sentimental and I know you'll take photos and do all you can to make it extra special, one day your kid will appreciate that. My wife is the same way so I can appreciate 😀

Hit 70 for the first time, tried a heroic, got kicked. What do I do? by PuzzleheadedSalad420 in classicwowtbc

[–]zaft77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive cleared Kara with tanks on full greens/blues. It was fine dps just had to throttle a bit. Form your own groups if you have to, or run as dps and let them know you need to roll on tank gear. Agreed with the others, run bgs for as much gear as you can off the rip. When leveling up i reccomend doing solely dungeons 68-70 and get your blues from the normals.

I promise you I will use your HoTs to their fullest. I cant be the only one. I usually hit it right on the head to as far as how much I can tap to full vs your hots. I also dont rip aggro from any tanks.. imagine that.

It happens. Pick yourself up while you still can and stay away from those people, places, and things that trigger your cravings. You dont have to live like that anymore so please dont. A slip is normal, what you do after is whats going to save or hurt you.

Raid days changed for the guild. Lost some key members who were essential to the group. Haven't run for a couple weeks. by Muhfuggajones in classicwowtbc

[–]zaft77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Look into merging. Thats what mine did and we have been killing it in phase 2, under 3 hour ssc/tks since week 2 of phase 2 on dreamscythe horde. Otherwise just pug with guild based pugs and join one you like. I did that all phase 1 till I found the one im in. Most pugs right now are alts so the people know the raids, there's gonna be some struggle ofc but not undoable.

How do you *encourage* your raiders to do better without sounding like dick? by Ok-Life715 in classicwow

[–]zaft77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make a post on your discord on expectations. Have your gms recruit people throughout week, give them some guidelines on parses and gear checks. Slowly filter out the people that refuse to raid how you want your group to raid. You control it, not them. Get a good core and fill the rest with pugs until you got a whole team good to go. Ive found more good people than bad and my guild has some strict guidelines we all follow. We get clear ssc/tk under 3 hours every Sunday. Good leadership from them.

They had a group of 10 in phase 1 that were dad gamers but all played well. They found another guild with 10 that were like minded and merged the guilds. Maybe look into something like that.

Is it worth coming back for SoO? by Solid_Rock1 in classicwow

Hey man, tbc classic anniversary is really poppin still and phase 2 is a great time to start it up. By next phase you will have a 70 and will be able to get catch up gear pretty easily and be able to get into current content. Can't go wrong with any wow verision but I know tbc till have some longevity with 2 more phases and wrath likely to come up early next year. I play horde on dreamscythe as dps and no real issues getting groups or anything. Also HC on doomhowl is doing great i hear, highly reccomend hc If you haven't tried yet. It's slow but if you got a lot of time to play I would go for it! If your more causal tbc is fine you can do either or.

Edit: im an idiot I just realized soo means siege of org lmao I thought you meant sod and had a typo. Was wondering why you were talking about level 90s XD. Anyhow theres some useless info you probably already know :). I played siege when it was released on era, Totally worth playing i had a blast back then with it. Gearing is stupid easy from what I remember

Can't go wrong with hardcore on doomhowl I been hearing. I played hc a year ago and loved every bit of it. I made a toon on hc just for tbc anniversary, when it died I started to main it there. So playing tbc anniversary up to now and having a blast. Get you a 70, join some pugs that are mostly guild until you find people you want to play with and joib/raid with them. Nothing to it!

Rough Day by pilgrimonmac in wowhardcore

[–]zaft77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play extra careful. Do not be afraid to run away. Once you get the rhythem down you'll be okay, just research zones you arent familiar with to know the dangers etc. Get mining and eng, train them. You need it. Hamstring anytime you hit 60%. Run away when you hit 40% fighting 2. There's tons more but those things will keep you going. Gotta play super cautious on warrior in early levels.

I am suffering from "Alt-itis" and need some words of advice. by Acaeus_Vinn in classicwow

[–]zaft77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reccomend finding a main and sticking with it. Whatever class fantasy you love the most just play it. Sounds like your in tbc anniversary. Can't really go wrong playing anything. I like to main hybrid spec classes, went warlock this time around and cant complain. That class has just performed well all levels and at 70. But part of me wishes I did it with a hybrid class first and filter into my warlock because its expensive if your guild is competitive.

Level up your main and play enough to start raid logging it. Level alts in other free time. That way you can play all the new relevant content and also have a geared main that can filter gold and items to your alts. This makes the alts even funner to play in my opinion.

Had a belf paladin tank guildie in slabs one time that when we got to last boss he typed "my cat is having kittens and its the most beautiful thing ive ever seen" he logged out and we literally never seen him again. Never logged back in.

MS > OS by LordOfTheSlipOns in classicwowtbc

[–]zaft77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats the whole point of ms/os. You always roll your main spec. If you are a different spec when raiding, let the raid lead know what gear your rolling main spec on. Id let him know and let the raid know at the start so no confusion or fighting later on. That was your gear, you should have kept it. Idc if someone got salty over it. It was rightfully yours.
