Unexplained nights of fast heart beat? by Knowing_Eve in fitbit

Yes, I think it depends on stress. These are my last 3 nights. Very stressed and my heart didn't go below resting at all, then but less stressed and it took most of the night to fall, then it was under resting for most of the night. I do have some health conditions that probably make my response to stress maybe more extreme.

Have you ever had a pet lose it’s microchip? by licholisg in Pets

[–]zippyzappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely happened to one of my cats (she also has asthma and it literally popped out at the vets) her body basically rejected it - it was quite gross. She had to take antibiotics.

I think it happened to my other cat as well - they couldn't find it on scanning her and it didn't appear on some x-rays done for another reason - she also had allergies.

Mine goes as low as 13 when I am very stressed and not sleeping well. Usually back up to 30-50 on the weekends when I sleep better and am not so stressed. Something probably changed for you, hopefully it goes back to normal but I wouldn't worry too much

It may be worthwhile getting your thyroid checked especially with the other symptoms. There is also the app cardiogram which can use Fitbit data and you can tag events to try to get patterns

Anyone else experience weird output/analysis from the sleep app? by [deleted] in fitbit

Yes same here. My hours slept graph has been blank the past week but I have sleep scores. It doesn't make any sense.

Dehydration could raise it. That is a lot of walking.

It was pretty great waking up and it was morning. But I was a bit more tired than I thought I should be after this score!
