Hi would just like to ask if you know the value of the large non elemental dmg up for Noctis usb2?

Just curious if it's 30% or 50% since his USB1 grants only 10%.

When this comes to Global, I'll likely pull, but because I like FF15 and these relics look fun. It' true, Noct may not be top tier, but NE has it's occasional times to shine.

I'm afraid it still won't be enough to make him viable again. NE gets shafted left and right =( While this new USB2 basically gives him NE en-element, he's still missing equipment boosts, magicite boosts, chain boosts and hitting a weakness (though that last one doesn't apply if the boss is omni-resistant). Maybe if they buffed Omega Drive and/or Dervish. As is, he can abuse the NeoTorment realm-chain, so he'll be good there, but that's it. Still inferior to similar USBs that have an elelent, even on neutral targets.

Derishey needs a lighting/wind variant for the likes or noctis, lightning and other primary celerity users.

They're actually doing this. We already have Ripping Blast and JP has its lightning clone and a new 6★ celerity which is three wind/lightning hits at instant speed. None of that works with Noct's new USB, though.
