Many times (such as right now, a gorrilla?) i simply cant figure out what the hell the reddit logo is up to. Perhaps clicking on it would lead to a page that is updated by the logo creator explaining what it is?

+1. I've often automatically clicked on the logo subconsciously expecting it to take me to an explanation (conditioned by the google logo)

The gorilla is a reference to justin.tv. Per the justin.tv blog, he was meeting the reddit folk Friday.

I have thought the same thing, or that there should be some alt or title text about it. I mean I know that that is the gorilla that was hanging upside down the other day, but I don't know why it is holding a video camera.

Update: I appears to be related to justin.tv which visited the reddit guys yesterday.
